This explains ownership of your inputs and the results Viewly generates.
1. Your inputs
You keep ownership of the property details, budget parameters and notes you enter. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to run the service and produce your results.
2. Your generated results
Subject to these terms and your active subscription, the checklists, questions, compares, diagrams and recaps generated for you are yours to use for your own home-buying purposes — including printing them and taking them to viewings.
3. Our materials
The Viewly name, software, interface, templates, sample imagery and underlying methods remain owned by HUNTER & MORRISONS LIMITED and are protected by intellectual-property rights. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the software or templates themselves.
4. Responsible use
Do not use generated results to imply a professional survey, valuation or lending decision. Do not enter content you have no right to use. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, we may use them to improve the service without obligation to you.
