Terms of Service

1. The service

Viewly is online software that helps home buyers plan viewings and compare properties. It provides checklists, questions, compares, indicative budget ranges, diagrams and recaps. It is an aid only and, as set out in our AI Disclaimer, is not professional advice.

2. Eligibility and age

The service is for adult home buyers. You must be at least 13 to hold an account; users aged 13–17 must have a parent or guardian's consent. It is not intended for children under 13.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed in USD through Stripe on a recurring monthly or yearly basis until cancelled.
• Plans are pure subscriptions, not credits: there are no credits, no credit packs and no stored balance, and monthly allowances do not roll over.
• Viewly is an online-only digital service. No physical goods are sold or shipped, and there is no delivery, installation or on-site service.
• You can cancel any time; cancellation stops future renewals. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We never collect a property purchase price, deposit or fee — only the subscription fee.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Viewly lawfully and as described in our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or rely on outputs as professional reports.

6. Your content and generated results

You keep ownership of the details you enter and the results generated for you, as described in our Content License. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, suspend or discontinue features.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
